When you use it in a manual mode, you can change the resistance of the pedals with the touch of a button.
The console also offers four preset workouts that automatically change the resistance of the pedals and prompt you to vary your pedalling pace.
This is a used machine in good condition. It has been modified so that it can be plugged into the wall and not require batteries.
